All orders are processed within 1β3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

π Returns β 30-Day Guarantee
β 30-day returns accepted
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return. As long as the item is unused and in its original condition, we'll process a full refund β no arguments, no runaround.
To be eligible, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of your purchase date
- Be unused β water tank never filled, fan never operated
- Be in its original packaging with all accessories and the manual
- Show no signs of post-delivery damage
How to return β 4 steps
- Email support@chillglowstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We reply within 24 hours with instructions and return address.
- Pack the item in its original box and ship it back. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 3β5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrived broken or faulty, we'll fix it immediately β no return shipping required from you. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. The "unused" condition does not apply to defective items.
When returns are not accepted
- Request made after 30 days from the purchase date
- Item has been used (unless defective)
- Original packaging, accessories, or manual are missing
- Damage occurred after delivery due to misuse
